Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a Papigrows account you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and Monti Labs AB ("Papigrows", "we", "us"). If you are using Papigrows on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The service

Papigrows is a content automation platform that generates and publishes SEO articles to your connected CMS. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your subscription term.

3. Free trial & subscriptions

  • All plans begin with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly (or annually if you chose an annual plan) and are billed automatically via Stripe.
  • We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for customers who give the platform a fair chance. If your organic traffic has not grown within 90 days of your first paid period, contact us for a full refund — provided that, during that period, you have both published at least 10 Papigrows-generated articles to a live website and activated the platform's optimization features (such as content optimization and internal linking). The guarantee does not apply to accounts that published little or no content or never enabled optimization, since we cannot improve traffic for work that was never shipped.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Papigrows to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • Resell or white-label the service without a written partnership agreement.
  • Use the service in a way that disrupts other customers.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content published through Papigrows. By connecting your CMS you grant us a limited licence to read and write content on your behalf. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.

6. Intellectual property

Papigrows and its logos are trademarks of Monti Labs AB. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papigrows' total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination your access ends at the close of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
